Here’s what I believe:

It’s about strength. And I don’t mean bulging muscles.  A strong healthy body provides physical, mental and emotional endurance.  We need that to meet life’s challenges and accomplish our goals.  For most of us, there’s never going to be a perfect time to work out or get started losing that stubborn 15 lbs. we’re carrying around.

We are a part of the Lake Travis community.  We raise our kids here. I have spent several years serving on the SHAC committed representing Serene Hills Elementary.  My wife & I call this home and we are absolutely committed to raising awareness about obesity and the health implications it has for our community.

As a nationally certified personal trainer I have spent more than a decade working in and around professional sports and fitness.  I want to help people achieve their wellness goals. Sometimes they need my help finding a wellness goal.  Feeling good is the best gift you can give yourself.  Wellness is a lifestyle choice.  It’s a program of limitless expansion and a journey rather than a particular destination.

Exercise should be fun.  I like to laugh, that’s the bottom line.  It’s the kind of thing that you might often feel like you least want to do, but when you walk away, you should be really really glad you invested the time and energy to get it done. Bring the body. Your mind will follow.
